Karen Cox, CHC

Karen Cox joined ProviDRs Care in 2009 and is the Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, she is responsible for the overall operations of the company including product development, strategic planning and financial performance.

Karen’s experience spans over 30 years in the healthcare industry including positions as Regional Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas and Vice President of Employee Benefits at IMA of Kansas. Karen’s areas of expertise include managed care, self-funding, risk analysis, business development, product development and process management.

Karen is a graduate of Wichita State University with a BBA degree in marketing.

Justin Leitzen, MHA

Justin Leitzen previously worked at ProviDRs Care from July 2013 through December 2015 as the Director of Contracting and Network Development.

Justin returned to ProviDRs Care in April 2017 as the Director of Network Innovations. He is responsible for the development and implementation of network strategies and value-based care initiatives.

Justin has more than 14 years in the healthcare industry with expertise in managed care contracting, Medicaid managed care, program development, value-based reimbursement, patient-centered medical homes, and clinical operations management.

Justin is a graduate of Kaplan University and has his Master’s in Health Care Administration.

Nikki Sade

Nikki Sade joined ProviDRs Care in 2005 and is the Director of Claims and Information Systems.  She manages the operations of the Claims Department ensuring customers receive the highest level of service across the industry.  Nikki’s role also includes the management of ProviDRs Care’s Information Systems to maintain a high level of data integrity and support for both our partners and internal operations.

Nikki originally joined the ProviDRs Care team in 2005 where she learned repricing, later transitioning to a shared role within ProviDRs Care’s parent company, Medical Society of Sedgwick County (MSSC), providing Information System support to MSSC’s subsidiaries.  Later, in 2010, Nikki returned to a full-time role with ProviDRs Care where she assumed the role of Director of Claims and Information Systems.

Jeanne Hingst

Jeanne Hingst joined ProviDRs Care in 2007 and is our Claims Manager.  As the Claims Manager, she oversees the daily operation of the Claims Department. She is responsible for resolving claims and network related issues for providers, members and groups. Jeanne participates on the Fee Schedule and HIPAA Compliance committees as well. She works closely with our Director of Claims and Information Systems to continually improve quality and performance of the network. 

Jeanne’s experience spans over twenty plus years in the healthcare industry, including working several years for a group of general-trauma surgeons as their certified coder/auditor, several years as a Senior Consultant providing consulting services to health care entities nationwide as it pertained to coding/billing/auditing/education and has worked as a Claims Department supervisor for a local hospital.

 

Mandi Sensanith

Mandi Sensanith joined ProviDRs Care in 2019 as the marketing and client services specialist. She is responsible for providing communications consultation, including planning, writing and graphic design. In addition, she will support new business efforts and client services.

Sensanith will be the liaison between our employer groups, payers, brokers and ProviDRs Care. She will also help coordinate request for proposals (RFPs), new group set-ups, renewals, group and payer contracting and customer service questions.

Sensanith has more than six years of experience creating visual graphics for both companies and non-profit organizations alike. In addition she has a year of experience as a marketing coordinator where she gained knowledge in corporate branding as well as how to conduct marketing communications.

Nicole Bua

Nicole Bua joined ProviDRs Care in 2018 and is the Provider Relations Supervisor. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the relationships of participating network providers as well as recruiting new providers to the network.

Nicole’s experience in healthcare started at an early age growing up in one of the top OB / GYNs in NYC. She quickly learned the expectations of Medical Providers which made the decision easy to go into Medical office Management. She became the Billing Manager for that OB / GYN before becoming the practice administrator for a Physiatry Office with 5 satellite Physical Therapy offices and an Open MRI across the 5 boroughs. She was also the Practice administrator for 2 Urgent Care Centers in Ocean City, MD before visiting Wichita in 2013 and deciding, unexpectedly, to make Wichita her new home. Since 2013 she worked in Wichita billing, credentialing and contracting for local providers. She welcomes the opportunity to meet with providers in our network as well as providers who would like to learn more about ProviDRs Care, a Physician Owned Network.

 

Tina Martin

Tina Martin joined ProviDRs Care in 2017 as the Credentialing Supervisor.  She is responsible for ensuring compliance with all NCQA and ProviDRs Care standards related to credentialing and re-credentialing, including all department coordination, communication, education, and support.  She works closely with our Provider Relations team to support our participating network providers.

Tina’s experience spans more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, including work in provider offices, and several years as a Director of Operations for a third party administrator, with a focus on training, client administration, billing, claims, customer service, appeals and auditing.
