Armstrong Joins ProviDRs Care

ProviDRs Care is proud to announce the hire of Jen Armstrong as our Practice Improvement Manager. Armstrong was previously employed as our temporary contracting coordinator from October 2019 to March of 2020.

As her role as the Practice Improvement Manager Armstrong will be responsible for leading implementation of practice transformation training, development, and improvement of population health management where she will promote a learning culture that fosters improved care, health promotion and sustainable value performance.

In prior experiences, Armstrong has 15 years in healthcare as Practice Administrator in both family practice setting and pediatric specialty care. As Practice Administrator she gained experience in medical office management, provider relations, managed care, claims, billing and coding, marketing and first hand patient care.

Armstrong was born in Wichita, Kansas but raised in Dallas, Texas. She returned to Kansas in 1996. Armstrong loves every aspect of the “small home town feel” with the benefits of just enough of the “larger life” experiences in the Wichita area. She is a mother of 3 daughters: Kyra 18, Morgyn 16 and Adicyn 13. Armstrong is also a proud pet mom to one 160lb Daniff (Mastiff/Great Dane) named Denali, a Shar Pei named Dallas, and two cats named Mini and Chicken.  Family time for her is spent in the world of competitive dance where all 3 of her daughters have excelled and achieved so many amazing opportunities. They have traveled all across the america competing and sharing wonderful memories together as a family. The family is currently celebrating her oldest daughters’ recent graduation from high school and will soon be sending her off to college on a full scholarship. Proud mom.
