Closing Early July 3rd and closed on July 5th

ProviDRs Care will be closing at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 2nd, and closed on Monday, July 5th, in observance of Independence Day.  We will resume business hours Tuesday, July 6th at 8:00 a.m.
