Early Closure December 31st and Closed January 1st

We will be closing early Tuesday, December 31st at 3:00pm to give our staff a head start on ringing in the new year. We will also be closed Wednesday, January 1st. ProviDRs Care will resume business hours Thursday, January 2nd at 8:30 a.m. We hope you all have a save and wonderful new year.
