Early closure May 22nd and closed on May 25th

To get a jump start to this memorial day weekend, we will be closing the office Friday, May 22nd at 4:00 p.m. We will also be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of the holiday. ProviDRs Care will resume business hours Tuesday, May 26th at 8:00 a.m. We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and thank you to all the great men and women who served our county. We appreciate you.
