We’re writing to inform you that ProviDRs Care will be implementing a new policy for non-standard reporting requests. Effective January 1, 2023, all non-standard report requests will be charged the ProviDRs Care current hourly rate. This includes any customized reporting or modifications to standard reports (standard reporting requests will not incur a fee).
We completely understand this is never ideal and will try to avoid whenever we can. If fees will be incurred, the requestor will be notified prior to completion of the request. Please know as a result of this new policy, we will be able to:
- Provide a better customer experience for our services.
- Improve our response time for standard reporting requests.
- Provide necessary resources to complete non-standard reporting requests.
Because the increase goes into effect on January 1, 2023, all non-standard requests made before then will be honored at no cost (within reason).
