Employers are not the same, nor are their health insurance needs. We offer flexibility and will build options that fit the unique needs of your self-funded or level-funded employers.
PPO Access
ProviDRs Care is committed to providing our clients with a comprehensive network of medical providers. 99% of Kansas Providers are a part of our network. We are constantly growing our network into new geographical regions and increasing access spanning all specialties while achieving maximum cost savings in the delivery of health care services. Our Care Navigator is available as an add-on to our PPO network if you are not already gaining access to this program through one of our NexUS models.
Community Steerage Models
ProviDRs Care works with providers and employers to direct members to high-quality providers in their local communities with value-based programs and lower rates while providing access to the ProviDRs Care PPO network.
Prime
Prime is our tiered hospital network model that provides bigger discounts at Kansas Medical Center and Wesley Medical Center. Prime is available to Butler and Sedgwick employers.

What sets NexUS Flint Hills apart is the additional tiering of hospitals who are committed to providing effective and affordable care.
NexUS Connect
NexUS Connect provides employers committed to cost containment in Sedgwick and Butler counties a solution that reduces costs and improves the health of their workforce. Just like our traditional NexUS plan, NexUS Connect brings together Patient, Primary Care Physician and the Employer, all working together to measure and improve health outcomes and cost savings. What sets NexUS Connect is moving primary care to a referral-based benefit design where tier 1 PCPs provide enhanced member access with $0 Copays.
