ProviDRs Care will be starting the new year with some personnel changes

Karen Cox has announced her retirement as CEO effective 12/31/2020. Karen has been at ProviDRs Care for the past 11 years and will be concluding a 43-year career in the health insurance industry. She will continue with the company in an advisory role on a part-time basis, working Tuesday through Thursday, during the transition. Noël Servais Leach comes to ProviDRs Care with 17 years of experience in the Life and Health Insurance industry. She has sat at many sides of the table in various direct and b2b sales, marketing and account management roles working for insurance companies, a managed behavioral health vendor, and most recently with a Kansas brokerage firm.
