Effective Oct. 1, ProviDRs Care Updating Provider Agreement

We are updating the terms of our provider agreement and wanted to share the details with you.

Effective October 1, 2018, updates will go into effect for the following documents:

• Physician Provider Agreement
• Hospital Provider Agreement
• Supplier Agreement

The following is a summary of the important changes, for your convenience.

Submission of Bills

• Timely filing will change from 90 days from the date of discharge or date of service to 180 days from the date of discharge or date of service.

Notices

• Future notifications shall be in writing and shall be delivered at last known mailing address, email address or facsimile number.
